ORDERS
Yes, you can return the item if it is damaged or doesn't work as described. Please visit our return policy page
You may contact us before the items are shipped and we will try our best.
Personalized Items:
Due to the fact that each item is uniquely made for our customers and to the fact that we start production immediately after it is processed, please let us know within 24 hours after placing your order that you want to cancel it.
After 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee may be charged or deducted from the amount refunded to your account. (Non-personalized Items qualify for a 100% Refund)
- Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded.
- It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

There is a high likelihood that we will not be able to cancel it before our warehouse ships your items.
If you request to cancel within 24 hours, we will send you a return label for you to return your delivered item and we will issue you a full refund.

Already Shipped:
If you forgot to include an apartment number, or if there is a slight typo in the address, the order will most likely return to us. Once it does we can easily update the shipping address for you and resend it. Please contact us with the following details:

You can use your tracking number to see if the package has returned to us.
Regrettably, there are instances where the order may go missing in transit and fails to return to us. Should this occur, we can propose to reissue your item and deliver it to the accurate address, with a 30% restocking fee applied.
SHIPPING
All personalized items require 7-14 business days for production at this time.
Non personalized items require 5-7 business days for production at this time.
Our estimated turnaround time serves as a guideline rather than a guarantee, as the volume of orders received fluctuates unpredictably throughout each day. Our products are meticulously handmade by our skilled staff, requiring considerable time and attention to ensure quality. Once your item is meticulously crafted, inspected, and carefully packaged, you will receive an automated email containing tracking details.
For Standard Shipping, packages are dispatched via USPS First Class Mail. Expedited Shipping utilizes either DHL or FedEx, depending on which service offers faster delivery.
Please note that selecting Expedited Shipping does not expedite the production process itself, as each product undergoes meticulous manufacturing. However, expedited orders are prioritized and receive preferential treatment in the production queue.
The Process:
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email. You will then have a 12-hour window to request any modifications or cancellations to your order. Please note that once production commences, alterations cannot be accommodated.
Following the initial 12-hour processing period, we will keep you informed every step of the way via email. You will be notified when: your item's design phase is completed, production begins, quality testing commences, and your items are prepared for packaging and shipping.
For updates on your items, you can conveniently monitor their status using our Tracking Page. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive another email containing the shipping confirmation along with a tracking number, enabling you to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.
Yes! We ship to most countries all over the world with free shipping
Although it is rare, sometimes your tracking number will say "Delivered" before your package has arrived. If this happens to you within 48 hours of the delivery, please try the following:
- Check your shipping notification email to ensure your package was shipped to the correct destination
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- See if someone else in the house or building accepted the delivery
- Wait 48 hours -- in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival

Notice: We are not the shipping provider, once the order has been shipped, we do not have any control over it. Unfortunately, we can only offer customer service retaining to the Policy below. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping Policies:
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will quickly remake and resend you a replacement.
We will not accept responsibility if your local postal service has marked your items as delivered and you claim you have not received them. The issue then needs to be settled between yourself and the post office.

Avoid Chemicals
- The harmful chemicals in these products can also damage your custom jewelry. Excessive sudsing in the shower while wearing your personalized necklace, bracelet, or rings can create a film on the metal, leading to a loss of shine and luster.Makeup first, then accessories
- Lotions, hairspray, and certain cosmetics contain chemicals that may harm your jewelry. To minimize potential damage, it's best to apply your makeup before wearing your jewelry.
- Harmful chemicals and Jewelry don’t mix. The chemicals in cleaning products can be harmful to the quality and longevity of your precious Jewelry pieces.
Avoid Impact
- Be sure to take off your jewelry before engaging in vigorous physical activities. This will prevent it from reacting to sweat chemicals or sustaining damage during contact sports.
Avoid Jewelry with Chlorine
- Pools and jacuzzis contain chlorine, which can discolor your jewelry with prolonged exposure. To be safe, remove your jewelry before entering the water.
Store Properly
- Storing your jewelry correctly helps maintain its appearance. Keep your customized pieces in a box to prevent tangling and minimize damage from movement.
18k Gold Plated:
- Description: This involves a base of hypoallergenic stainless steel that is coated with a thin layer of 18k Gold.
- Pros: Affordable, looks expensive, and hypoallergenic.
- Cons: You can't wear it in the shower or in the pool.
Silver Stainless Steel:
- Description: Made from a blend of steel and chromium, offering a silver tone to the jewelry.
- Pros: Hypoallergenic, rust and tarnish-resistant, affordable, strong and durable.
- Cons: Not as lustrous as sterling silver or gold, can be a bit heavier.
18k Gold Over Sterling Silver:
- Description: Sterling silver that's been bonded with 3-5 microns of 18k gold.
- Pros: More affordable than solid gold, can last a lifetime with proper care, hypoallergenic (because of sterling silver base), has a genuine gold appearance.
- Cons: You can't wear it in the shower or in the pool. For Rings: Take off before washing hands with soap or using hand lotion.
Sterling Silver:
- Description: An alloy made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. ( S925 is stamped on the jewelry)
- Pros: Bright lustrous shine, hypoallergenic, valuable but more affordable than gold, easy to clean and maintain, can last a lifetime with proper care.
- Cons: Softer than stainless steel so it can scratch more easily.

Post delivery issues
We are sorry to hear that your order is damaged!
We are happy to assist you with any issues, but first our customer care team are obliged to receive a picture from you in order to proceed with a reorder for a replacement item.
Please contact our Customer Care Team with:
- Your Order ID number
- A picture of the damaged item
- The item's name and item ID
We'll get back to you as soon as we can to send a free replacement item according to our warranty policy. Please note to check your email to see if you've received a response from us within 24 hours.
Your replacement item will be shipped within the time frame for the standard shipping method, that will be active on site at the time you contact us.
We're sorry to hear that an item is missing!
We ask that you please check your Order Confirmation to make sure that the details are correct and as you ordered.
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels, each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
If an item is missing, please contact us with your order number, the name of the missing item and its details.
We will resolve this issue for you as quickly as we can.
If you receive a wrong item in your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can sort it out straight away.
Start by checking your order details to ensure that the order was placed correctly with the personalization that you chose. Then contact us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as we can.
If the length of the chain you received differs from the one you ordered, we will happily dispatch a replacement chain for you. You can easily install it yourself using a set of pliers. Alternatively, if you mistakenly ordered the wrong chain length and would like a replacement, please contact us. We will gladly ship you a new chain at no additional cost.
If the error lies with us, we are pleased to correct it by providing a complimentary replacement item with the accurate custom text/engraving.

Once we receive your information, we'll promptly arrange for a replacement chain to be sent out. This replacement chain can be easily reattached using a pair of pliers or by your local jeweler. Rest assured, your replacement chain will be shipped within the timeframe specified for standard shipping, as indicated on our website at the time of your contact with us.
